I'm having trouble at the moment with my mouse pointer freezing very frequently for between 5 and 20 seconds. Everything else continues to work properly, but just the pointer freezes and I can't do anything.
I built the system just under a year ago and it has always had the problem, but it was very infrequent. I tried various things to fix - re-install, new mouse, updates etc, but nothing has completely fixed it. However, over the past month or so it has got so bad that it happens a few times an hour. I hate using this machine now, as it's just so frustrating.
Any ideas how I can fix it? Thanks.
