my uncle is having a problem with his Logitech G5 mouse. the cursor is fine he can move it around no problem, but he says he cant scroll up or down on it, he said he took scroll lock off, not sure what the problem is etc, and idea what i have to do?

Have you got all the latest drivers etc.?
Also, check in the mouse settings to see if the configuration is all correct.

Is setpoint running? maybe have a butchers under wheel settings and if it all looks or click restore defaults.
What does scroll lock actually do, when I press it on my laptop and blue light comes up but doesn't seem to do anything, I can still scroll with both mouse/touchpad and keyborad.
