Getting a bit fed up of my Logitech G500, so looking for a new mouse. Only extra buttons I need on it is the back/foward button on the side. I enjoy the flywheel scrolling on my G500 but it's not really a requirement. What's a good mouse for around the £30 - £40 mark?

Thanks for the suggestions all, I'll be sure to take a look at reviews and see which one fits me more.

Already tried the Deathadder, but it doesn't feel right in my hand. Also my brother has the G400, and I tend to avoid having the same stuff as him :p. Never heard of Mionix but they have some good looking mice. The M65 looks quite interesting as well, really tempted by this. G502 looks nice but it's quite expensive and I'm a bit weary on their new products, could be just me but Logitech's build quality seems to have been dropping recently.

I've heard nothing but positive comments so far with regard to Mionix mice. Unfortunately, the ones on this site are above your intended budget.

Yeah been looking at prices, managed to find the CM Inferno and Mionix Naos 3200 for under £40, but considering adding the extra fiver for the M65, it seems to offer more for the price.

To those that owns the M65, how long have you owned it for, and did it develop any problems? My current G500 has an odd habit to double click with the right button, although recently the left button has started to do the same (and googling around, it's a common problem with the G500). Not to mention the cord is wrecked as well, my older CM Sentinel lasted longer than this :p.

I have had mine for about 5-6 months (Something like that) the only problem I have had with it was a driver issue on windows 8.1, which I think has been fixed now.

I love being able to set the DPI settings to whatever I like for particular games etc... it helps with the likes of BF4, where you need to have the accuracy.

The cable on the M65 is nicely braided too. :)
