Mouse replacement like cyborgv3

Anyone knw a mouse with 2-3 thumb buttons and that can change mouse profiles without alt-tabbing?

At the moment Im using this cyborg v3 until the mouse wheel scroll gave up and started free-wheeling. I dont want to go back to saitek since its been only a year since i had this mouse and the wheel broke.

RAT! Oh wait no Saitek... Most mice will do change on the fly now a days I think... Logitech are great for warranties if you tend to destroy your mice

ive seen dpi setting changing on the fly but not many profiles ones
the g500 looks great but according to reviews it doesnt allow profile changing on the go at the moment im eyeing on the cooler master mice anyone know if they have the same warranty as logitech?

this is the 3rd scroll wheel that i broke (2 cheap ones and this) and tbh i dont know why it keeps happening lol
