mouse replacement

heya got the logitech mx518 but the scroll wheel has been acting wierd for a while.

what would be a suitable replacement for it and only wired mice, will be used for gaming mostly

Could be worth contacting logitech heard there CS is second to none and they might replace it for you

Might be difficult for them to replace it for you. It's a really old model. I really like the DeathAdder at the moment by Razer:

I came from an mx518 (and loved it). The only new mouse I tried that came close to the feel of the mx518 in my hand was the Steel Series Rival.

I'm not sure they do the Rival any more but, thankfully, the Steel Series lineup have a similar shape. They'd be worth a look I'm sure.

just got my replacement mouse a few days ago, went for the steel series rival 300 39.95 and haribo plus free shipping woot

feels a bit light to my old one and the buttons on side are a bit light but all in all i will adapt and seems to be a flawless mouse with a perfect working scroll wheel

just feels a bit weird after using the mx518 for about 6 years lol
