Mouse sensitivity calibration

Hey peripherals experts of OcUK maybe you could help? :)

I have a new mouse (Zowie EC1 Evo) to place my old MS IE3.

I have my sensitivity settings all dialled in for my FPS games (mouse accel disabled in windows etc). The new mouse has much higher sensitivity than the old one under the identical windows 'mouse speed' setting though.

I don't want to start from scratch again with my new mouse, so is there any way to get quantitative figures for my mouse settings so I can replicate the same amount of horizontal/vertical movement on the new mouse?

Yep already had the MarkC registry fix for mouse acceleration.

I guess the thing to do is what you recommend: set the Zowie to 450 DPI then it will in theory be exactly the same as the IE3 :)

Does the "non-native" DPI cause mouse lag though?
