I want a shortcut for my Logitech G700 in windows 7 for "my computer", "Documents" (or any other library) and "lock". Anyone know how i can achieve these? They are not options in the latest version of set point. One idea was to allocate "my computer" to a keyboard key and then allocate that to a mouse key but since my Microsoft Sidewinder X4 keyboard uses S1,S2 etc keys they are not recognized by the mouse. As for a shortcut for a "library" or "lock" i have no idea... thanks for any help

This might get you on the right track ...

In setpoint, assign keyboard shortcuts to the buttons you want. ie button 3 = keyboard shortcut CTRL-ALT-1

Now for My Computer (or computer), make sure you have a shortcut somewhere to it and in the properties of the shortcut, give it the same keyboard shortcut as above.

I've just tried it on my G700 and this allows me to open the shortcut from a button. Not sure if the keyboard thing you mention will interfere with yours.

http://uberoptions.net/ is a great addon for setpoint that allows you to do more than the basic program allows. :)
(For example, basic setpoint would not allow me to modify the "search" button on my old MX revolution, with uberoptions I now have it set to play/pause media.)
