Hi guys, happy new year!

I have a Logitech G603 mouse and a G613 keyboard (About 3 years old). The keyboard works without a hitch, but the mouse is becoming horrendous! Constant stutter in games. I always have VSYNC on as I game on my 4K Tv in the lounge, about 6ft away.

I have tried;

Brand new batteries
Different ports
USB 2 and 3
Uninstalled and updated the GHUB software
Firmware update
Turning my router off incase of interference
Moving closer to the reciever
GPU driver update
Any other updates
etc etc etc

For example CSGO isn't too bad, it's for sure playable. Warzone is horrible big jumps in movement! Constant small stutters while moving the mouse. However one moment it may be perfect and then the next stutter like mad.

However I get zero stutter in Windows etc. And zero stutter using a game pad.

Help much appreciated!

This is why I sent back my steelseries wireless mouse, regardless of what I tried I couldn't get it to work flawlessly. Went back to wired in the end.

Have you updated the firmware?

Edit: you have, bugger. Asked Logitech?

I have a G602 and i get stutter if i forget to switch the mouse into gaming mode so that it it reports at 500 instead of 125 or 250...not sure if it would be the same with your mouse.

I have two suggestions I didn't see mentioned:
- You don't have a hair in the lens, right?
- Tried a different mouse mat, or no mouse mat?

Thanks for all the replies guys! Yesterday I spent around 4 hours trying EVERYTHING! I mean....everything. Even down to rolling back drivers. Turning off all OC's...ect etc

The last thing I tried was to unplug the dongles from the extenders which sat under my TV (see red) and then plug them into the front panel (see green). Well damn, stutter 99% gone. So I thought maybe it's the ports on the rear panel. So I plug the dongles into the extenders in the rear panel and place them in the same kinda place. Same, no issues.

So I have now moved them under the Tv unit (see blue). And there is now no stutter at all. They have been between the TV and soundbar for months, so I have no clue why it should play up now.

Been playing today and can confirm again it's still all good!

Any ideas as to why?

Oh I use a MM600 mouse surface. :)
