Mouse to work on glass top

Hi all,

I have a desk with glass top and am looking for a mouse to work on it. I know logitech does a range which uses their 'darkfield' technology and they work on glass, was wondering if there were any alternatives? Don't need it for gaming, just general work.

Good shout, I use one extensively at work 'Logitech marble mouse USB'. It is good for long hours in front of a screen.

You could also try a patterned acetate sheet under the glass, I do not know if that would work, maybe worth a bit of experimentation as any mouse would then be a choice.

True, I could just get a cheap mouse mat then can get a cheap mouse rather than spend £60 on the logitech one!

Ruins the look a bit though. Will have a think.
