Mouse with app

i need a mouse where I can change the settings of the mouse on the fly. I want to change mouse dpi settings or mouse button binds without using an os. I want more control than the dpi button on the base of every mouse. I’d like to connect to it with Bluetooth with cell phone and change the mouse settings.

Tried google, Reddit, ai and I keep getting ‘control your pc with a phone app’ responses

Other than Pulsar X-Lite series that have an OLED screen underneath to change settings, you won't find a mouse that has a phone app as this isn't what mice are designed for.

You can however get mice with web-drivers which means they can be configured in realtime via a web browser on the machine they are connected to. Keychron/Lemokey, Lamzu and many others support this.
