Hi does anyone know of a mouse where there is enough buttons that allows me to play with just mouse and not keyboard,I just use the keyboard for forward,back,left and right.many thanks

In terms of a mouse with many buttons: a lot of people I used to play WoW with used to play with a Razer Naga just for the sheer number of buttons on it, not sure how you'd use it to move as well mind?!
