Hey guys, I'm new here. :)

I've recentley started using MouseKeys. It works fine for 30-40mins and then starts to mess with my Windows Explorer, or at least that's what I think is happening.

The start button can become unusable and some of the system trays icons become invisible, although I'm still able to open new programs etc if they're on the desktop. It's happened a few times now and twice it's come up with a Dr Watson error message when I tried to open My Computer; I seem to remember it saying something about Explorer.exe.

The problem fixes if I end the Explorer proccess and then re-start it, and sometimes it seems to sort of fix itself if I stop using MouseKeys, although some things still don't display properly. I'm wondering has anyone else had this problem and is there anyway to stop it from messing up in the first place? I really hope this isn't a major problem/virus.

Thanks to anyone who can offer advice.

Ps. This only ever happens when using MouseKeys, and usually after the same amount of time. I am then unable to shut down my computer unless I turn it off using the power button, or by restarting the explorer process. Everything works as normal the next time I power my Pc up.

I'll upload a screenshot if anyone doesn't understand what's going on. Forgot to mention, I'm using Windows Xp SP3.

Cheers!
