I'm looking to buy a new mouse mat and didnt realise It would be such a dillema with so many now to choose from ? I only want a small one as space is limited So what do you guys reccomend to go with my Logitech G5

I have had a boogiebug but it was a lot of mat to manage so now have a razor goliathius which is pretty much the same thickness and material but much smaller but still large enough to game on!

I've got a Nova Winner...but doesn't look like OCuk stock them anymore. Nice mat if you can source it.

icemat has served me well for so many years now, not sure if oc stock them thiough.

Im using an Everglide Titan. the edges have frayed a bit, but its had 18 months use and still going strong.

A 2nd vote for the razer goliathus, I've got the alpha speed mat, it's huge though, so one of the smaller ones would be perfect.

Space isn't an issue here, just it now looks cooler and has better ergonomics

Your been silly you still need a mouse mat to get it to pick up everything because desks get bumps on it and it ruins the desk.

nope ....i dont buy bumpy desks.....mines are all flat and have remained that way for the last 7 years(and scratchless)

The surface will wear down on any non glass desk.

My desk is a heavy duty office desk costing £400 yet the 1.5yrs of mousing it has received has made that area shinier than the rest of the surface where the matt finish has been slowly worn down. Of course in normal light you won't notice this but look against the light at a surface level and it becomes clear even expensive desks will be worn down by daily mousing without a mat.

A mouse mat prevents this and also provides a comfortable surface for your palm and stops palm prints from going on your desk too.

I have a boogiebug aimpad, but also a big-ass desk. It has my keyb and mouse on it though. For the price I paid for it, it's a bargain, great performance and I wanted something big.

Not sure about what to recommend, but can tell you to absolutely not buy a SteelSeries 4D; thing is absolutely awful quality.

What is the keyboard in that picture? Looks really nice but I can't seem to find it anywhere, not even on the Logitech website.
