Move all of my mp3's out of multiple folders all into one folder?

Hi all,

I have lots and lots of mp3's mixed in lot's of different folders along with lot's of ther files, pictures, doc's etc and want to just move everything with the .mp3 extension into one big folder.

Can this be done without having to do it all manually.

Is there a program that will do this for me? I'm running vista.

Couldn't you just use windows explorer and do a search for 'mp3', select all of the files it finds and copy/paste them into a new directory.
