Move ALL user data to different HDD

Got my new storage drive set up, runnning SSD for boot/apps
running win7 hp 64 bit
I've manually moved things like My documents/music/videos/pictures/downloads but theres still a few things loitering on the C:, is there any way to tell win7 to store all user data on the D:?

I'm not sure it's possible once WIndows is installed. Even though you can move some syuff the hidden app data and temp folder is still kept there.

The only way I heard it can be done is to add some script at install, there is lots on the web about how to do it.
