Ever since giffgaff 4G came in, I've been frustrated by stats such as 1 meg download but 15 meg upload ! The slow download makes basic tasks really slow. I like the pricing model though, so I've been looking for something similar. Tesco's capped contracts seem excellent and a good alternative. BUT both use the O2 network of course. Am I likely to see anything better with Tesco ? Is the appalling download congestion within giffgaff, or O2 ?

Tesco 4G is good; 3G is ****.
