Movie Maker Woes

Hi, just made a video for my assignment website using Movie Maker (I just can't get on with Premiere!). Spent all day putting said video together and now when I publish it it won't play (code: C00D11B1), saying something abut ID3 tags. I though those were to do with mp3s, so what's going on and how can I sort it? Thanks in advance!

Ive only just started with video myself so i dont have any experience troubleshooting it.
The good news is that there are loads of links if you google the code.

I found a link to a microsoft page - lets just say it was less than helpful. and then things like :
"COOD11B1 is a Windows Media Player error. The simple reason is that quartz.dll file in your system 32 folder is missing. You have to search this file and copy it to system 32 folder. Also copy this file in DirectX and driver's folder."

I would really recommend having another go with Premiere, even if it ends up hurting

Yeah, MS weren't that great lol. Will have a try at that in the morning when I'm more awake! I would have another go at Premiere, but on a helluva tight deadline, so maybe for another project...

OK, my quartz.dll file definitely exists, and I'm still having the same problem...
