Moving a DVD to a bootable USB

Right,

I intend on installing windows home server on my server but It doesnt have an optical drive, so figured I would do it via memory stick.

I have formatted my usb stick to Fat32 and its all ready. But for some reason I cant copy over the contents to my bootable USB stick using command prompt.

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
