Moving a pc opposite side of the room to monitor/keyboard/mouse

Currently our second pc is about 1ft away from the radiator, it’s not been too bad temperature wise when I’ve monitored it but I’m wondering if it’s possible to move the case to the other side of the room, but leave the monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers the other side of the room and run long cables to them.

Is this feasable?
The distance is around 5 metres around the side and end of the room, I want to put it next to my router etc (not sure of exact distance yet).
I would need a long HDMI, powered usb hub for the mouse and keyboard and a 3.5mm audio extension cable (do they make these?)

I guess if you buy longer cables/cables extenders you would be able to have the PC over the other side of the room but it might be a bit messy unless you tuck all of the excess.

Cable run will be fine, I’ll be running the cables along the end of the room where the Ethernet for both PCs go.
What sort of usb hub/extension do i need?

I would think you'd need a longer power cable, display cable and a USB extender for all of your USB devices.

Amazon might be your best bet for a USB hub and/or extender.

The problem will be the monitor. If it is a standard 1080p monitor you will be fine but a 4K monitor will require expensive cabling.

And you should minimise your cabling anyway by using a wireless keyboard and mouse and headset.

Yeah

Yeah that might be a better option rather than using a USB hub/extender.

Power cable for the monitor will be fine, theres a socket there currently that it uses, and power cable for the pc opposite side will be ok too, theres 2 sockets on the wall where its going.

It's just a 1080p 24" panel, its my wifes pc tbh.
Don't think she would be keen on changing the keyboard and mouse, she only likes the razer keyboard and mouse shes got on it atm.

I’ve been using the Logitech k400 bluetooth keyboard for in my living room from the sofa to the tv. Unless your gaming on your pc it works perfectly as a 2 in 1 fix.

I've got hdmi and 3.5mm extension cables picked out, just need to sort Usb.
Would a 10m USB 3.0 active cable from the pc going into a usb 3.0 hub on the desk be ok?

I really didn’t wanna shell out for new keyboard and mouse because of the old ones being so expensive.
I’ll see how I get on when these cables turn up tomorrow.

Stuff should be here, fingers crossed.

We’ve got a double desk made of 3 Ikea alex drawers and a 2.5m piece of kitchen counter top, I have my pc on the far right hand side but my wife refuses to have hers on the desk because it blocks the room out, so has it under the desk, wouldn’t even be so bad if it was facing out of the desk because it would be sucking in colder air from the front and spitting it out towards the radiator behind but she has it sideways up against the radiator
