Moving all data and OS from smaller SSD to larger SSD

What's the best software to let me clone a smaller SSD with OS and other stuff, to a larger SSD without any hassle?

It has OS (win 10 and a few other bits of software) so I'd be worried in case there was a problem with it.

Basically I'd like to put the smaller SSD on the new one and have the new one work like the smaller SSD with more capacity

I use Acronis True Image.

Will that just plop everything into the new drive and still work? I'm just worried about registry settings etc.

Yes it takes a full clone from your existing drive. Providing it clones with 0 errors you boot up the new drive and carry on as you were before.
