So wondering if anyone can help before I phone up VM for a chat.

I will potentially be moving to a non cabled area, but currently have a vm bundle (50meg etc).

Simply, what options will I get? Obviously it wont be able to recieve broadband/tv so will they downgrade/offer a national service for the remainder?

I've read about them downgrading the entire bundle and letting it be paid off, so around £120 (magical figure thats knocking around).

Just trying to gather facts before I talk to them!

Are you with-in the first 12 months of the agreement?

You can just phone them up, be really pleasent and see what they can do for you, they might let you off, as it's not your fault you are moving to an area they cannot provide service.

I suppose the logical step is to phone them and talk to them :)

or like you said you could pay them for nothing..

Didn't Ofcom make VM cap their early termination changes a couple of years ago?? Probably best to call VM and discuss.

You maybe lucky and find that they can't supply ADSL at the new address. I had a friend who had this, he moved from a cable area and they could not provide cable or ADSL at his new house, so he paid a month for his notice period and they cancelled for him.
