Moving Cod4 player stats ti Vista??

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me how to move my COD4 online player stats form one system running XP to another running Vista x64.
I read somewhere that the folder is hidden in Vista. :confused:

Hi its not hidden its just in a different place, mine was in C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\player

You can get a script off the IW forums that will auto-backup the files and replace them after a format / reinstall.

i have a dual boot system xp vista64, was in 64 and decided to try play cod4 even tho it was only installed on xp. worked but with stats reset error, lol i had gold ak on the verge of getting gold uzi, all challenges done except for 1. now its all gone. i tried changing/renaming the corrupt mpdata file, didnt work.

is there any server i can get my file from, servers that keep records or sopmething?

also is 1.6 patch official? it has tv room maps in

Ok I'm stuck.
I havn't got a "AppData" file so I cant get any further.
Any other ideas.
I have 2x 5 star profiles and I dont want to lose them.

Ok, crisis over. I had to do an advanced search for it.
Up and running again
