OK right now i have an old Benq G2420HDBL

which is not to bad but i'm toying with the idea of moving up to a 27" however funds will be limited to something about £250 in cash plus whatever i can get for my old 24" so in total about £300 i reckon.
Now IMO that is lower end of the 27" market and i'm wondering what would the quality be like at this price range, I'm open to any Manf except Asus, I use mainly for general work, surfing bit of video editing but NO gaming and no intrest in 3D, also a decent warranty and be able to rotate the screen would be handy as well, your thoughts and advice is welcome.
