I am currently in the process of moving from TalkTalk to BT (Infinity 2).
When I placed the order with BT they told me there was no need for me to contact my old ISP and they would do everything for me.
I have an installation date of the 11th July.
I've not heard anything from Talk Talk since this order was placed until this morning, I have a missed call from them on my mobile and the voicemail message:

"Please can you call us on xxxxxx with regards an order that has just come in".

Now I'm assuming the order that has just come in is from BT telling them they are taking over everything from the 11th. Now to be honest I don't particularly want to speak to Talk Talk. They wouldn't speak to me when I was having some issues and also wanted to talk about upgrading to fibre so I'm now not interested in talking to them now it suits them.

I just want to make sure that there is nothing Talk Talk can do at this stage to halt my BT order is there?
BT will just take over on the 11th and by me not speaking to Talk Talk I'm not going to suddenly have issues?
I'm assuming the only person who can stop this change from Talk Talk to BT would be BT (if they aren't happy with my credit checks etc) or myself. Talk Talk have no say in this?

Thanks people.

My gut feeling was I could safely ignore. The paranoid side of me was saying ignore this call, TalkTalk will somehow get the transfer cancelled!
TalkTalk could offer what they liked - too late for them now :)
