Moving House With Infinity

Hi,

What is the process like for moving infinity (a&a reseller) over to a new house?

Specifically, does the face plate have to be restored? And are there any other costs to be aware of or is it just the £100 installation fee at the new place?

I've already seen out the required 12 month contract period and I think it's currently rolling - so no issues there.

I recently moved with BT infinity.

I don't know if it will be different with a reseller.

I left my socket in place at the old address and took the modem, BT install a new socket and a new modem (I kept my old one)

the process was painless and it reset my line rental to another 12 months (instead of the 129.99 install fee) but the broadband contract was unaffected.
