I am about to move house soon (2nd September) and currently have Virgin 200mb broadband installed. The house I am moving too is Virgin capable with a box on the wall in the living room. My question is can I just take my superhub and connect it up and I am good to go then inform Virgin of my address change. Is it as simple as this?

Cheers

Virgin will need to switch your account details before it'll work but assuming everything is working and connected properly in the new place it should be that simple.

Ring them with the date your moving and see if they can switch you over on that date.

Just over a weeks notice you'd hope they can get it booked in for then.

Called them last night and explained how I thought £45 was a bit high for 200mb broadband and they gave me an offer of £47 for 200mb including all channels. Not bad :)

I need to do this we're currently paying £63  for 50mb, Tivo and whatever M TV is called these days.
