Moving in to first house with the GF, Spec me

Just purchased our first house together, should hopefully be moving in within 4 weeks.

Both mothers have offered to fill the cupboards to get us started.

What good cupoard things besides tinned stuff should we ask for?

I can cook anything from scratch.

Help me out.
 
We have a tesco and a asda close by.

Im good at making bread/cakes/stews/curries/roasts/chillis/currys so im sure we wont starve. Its just nice to have stock in the cupboards to make something ad-hoc without having to go out and buy food to suit a meal time.
