Moving iTunes to another drive win7

Moved my iTunes from its default C drive location to another internal drive on my PC. Changed the iTunes media folder location to G:\iTunes but when I open iTunes its not picking up the media its just blank

Quick google seems to suguest Iam probably best off re-installing iTunes, anyone?

Did you hold down SHIFT while opening iTunes and get the dialog box asking for the library location?
