Moving Office Licence key from one Live account to another

Hi

Stupidly i ended up installing office on a customers computer and assigned it o my live account ( i have about 15 office keys on there ) Now he is the last key so i know which key he uses but he wants to have his own on his own account which is fine with me.

Is there anyway that anyone knows you can transfer your licence key from one live account to another. I have had a look around microsoft forums but everyone just seems to be moaning about the fact you have to have it assigned to your live account.

I'm in the same boat, and as far as I've been able to determine it can't be done - you're irrevocably stuck with the same (obligatory) Live account you initially used to register the product.

Just like there is no way to tag the key so you can remember which key belongs to which PC...

You'll need to contact Microsoft Support and ask them to transfer the subscription to the correct account.
