Yeah I have a set DD that covers our usage (3 bed house 2 adults, 2 children) of £25 for gas and £35 for electric and £36 for water.

I don't have a tv licence just a internet connection save myself some money and get to play my games ;)

yeah was just thinking on top of that petrol for car and food, to eat.

Havnt bought anything for the flat yet (hypothetically speaking) !!!!

think window cleaners been missed off, and food if you can include that. plus if you need to run a car there's plenty more :)

B@

Depending on what type of flat he may get his windows cleaned (the apartment I lived in got cleaned once a month).

And a car is not linked to bills for the home, and I assume he knows these anyway.

No, but it still extra costs i need to pay on top of the bills aswell. Which I did momentarily forget about

And dont forget your car insurance could go up (or down) depending on where you move and what facilities there are for parking.

I earn just over £1100 a month, I have this list...

Rent
Tv License
Council Tax
Water
Gas
Electric
Internet
Phone
Food
Home Insurance
Mobile
Petrol

Not sure how much Home Insurance/C Tax is?

The flat is unfurnished too, realistically it seems I cant do it? I also have a holiday to pay for ~£400, car insurance next month

Think I might have to wait a bit longer :( Bah

Council tax varies depending where you live but expect it to be at least £1000/year, the payments are generally split over 10 months.

Sometimes the landlord includes water in the rent so you may not have to pay it, if the flat has a water meter though it's unlikely. A lot of modern flats are all electric which can save you a chunk of money as gas is more expensive.
