Moving out won't have interwebz for a while

So im moving into a new flat in a few weeks, won't have a phone line or anything set up, whats the best way to get online in the mean time? ive heard about dongles you can plug up that are pre pay etc, are these any good? i have an i phone 5 also is there any way i can use this to somehow connect to my pc?

If you isp allows it and if you have a wireless card in your pc you can tether
again if your phone os allows(don`t know about i phone suitability)

On a certain type of bidding site there is something along the lines of a EE pay as you go SIM with 10GB of 4G data

on a hot site that has some deals in the UK someone mentioned
"EE 3G/4G Network Standard/Micro Sim 6GB Data Card with 90Days Validity for £14.99"

If you've got an unlimited data plan on your phone you can tether through a VPN(As most unlimited data plans limit or totally block tethering, only problem I have with my Three contract currently..)

If you haven't got a restriction then might aswell use your current phone plan rather than paying for a dongle.
