... Is there? If you are a photographer who likes to put your work, in various folders/albums on your iPad to show people, for example? How do you do it?

I used to use a tool called iTools (Windows application which works as an iTunes alternative) but it doesn't work properly now that I've updated to iOS 7 :(

Any suggestions welcome!

You can select multiple folders but they all need to be in the same parent folder, so you can only go 1 level down.

I just made 1 folder that I wanted syncing and copied files to it. It's a bit onerous I agree.

That's about the only workable solution I can think of without messing around with third party photo album apps. Bit inefficient when duplicating gigabytes of DSLR photos, though!

iPhoto on the Mac is perfect for this.

I just put all my images in folders within "Pictures" on the PC, tell iTunes to "sync selected folders" and tick the ones I want. You could also tick "Sync all" and it would sync the pictures directory, and maintain the subfolder strucutre.

Not sure how you're getting messed up tbh. Unless you don't put picturres in subfolders?

I use "sync selected folders" because sometimes, I don't want 800 wedding photos on my iPad :p
