Moving to 02 - Quick questions

I will be moving onto O2 from Nildram soon, I have been given my 02 wireless box and waiting for the activation notification...

I have a question, can I use my current netgear router (all as it is now) and will i just be "on O2 as from when im connected" if that makes sense?

Also, I currently am using a Nildram email account - At what point does my email become unusable, as its my main address - should I transfer my accounts to one I can access after Nildram has gone to avoid losing emails?

You mean can you use your Netgear in place of the O2 box?

Unless you're paying extra to retain your Nildram account, don't expect it to last long after you've migrated.

Yea, I have it all configured now as im using it using my Netgear router - Will it just switch from Nildram to O2?

No you will need to change some of the settings in the Netgear.

Change the following settings in your router:

multiplexing method: LLC-Based
VPI: 0
VCI: 101
MTU: 1500
No username/password/domain needed
NAT: enable
Primary DNS server: 87.194.0.51
Secondary DNS server: 87.194.0.52
