Moving to a new flat...

I'm moving tomorrow & will be ordering BE
The flat is only 18 months old & is 1.7Km from the exchange... What speeds should I expect (roughly)?

1.7km is pretty good if it actually is that distance.. at a guess you should get near enough max speed?

No you'd need to be more like 500 metres away or less to get full speed. I'd estimate somewhere in the region of about 12 to 16mbit but obviously it's impossible to tell for sure.
