Moving to a new Macbook.

I've just bought myself a newer Macbook (C2D -> i7) and wondered about the best way of getting everything across. I've got quite a lot of setup I did on my current machine, in terms of Bash Profiles etc.

Options I see are:

1) Migration Assistant.
2) SuperDuper
3) Manual.

Anybody offer some opinion on the best way of doing it?

Think I'll go Migration Assistant then. Bought a 256Gb SSD for it as well and 8Gb Ram. Think this Macbook is going to fly!
