Moving to a new server..

I'm currently in the process of moving to a new server in our office. We have an old one with Server 2k3 on and I've just built a new one to replace it as the old one is on its last legs!

I was wondering if there is an easy way to migrate AD/Exchange to the new server as I'm too lazy to set it all up from scratch again? I've set up plenty of servers but I've never had to move AD/Exchange to a new one before.. Can I just do an Exchange backup and import that in the new one?

Any help is appreciated!

Cool, so there is no backup and import feature as such..

Running the two servers side by side for a while will probably be the best option as I will have to configure it when I'm actually in the office which probably won't be that much. That will leave everyone with full functionality while I move the things over slowly. Although saying that, I don't have my car on Wed so will probably get a whole day to crack on with it!
