hi

i'm going to be swapping email client from thunderbird 3, to outlook 2003 (as it's the version i currently have)

does anyone know of a way of creating multiple inboxes in outlook? i use 3 pop3 emails and in thunderbird they have their own inboxes but i have a feeling outlook will involve one inbox and several rules!

thanks in advance

ps...i'm moving from thunderbird because of several sending password errors

im not sure if 1and1 give you imap as well as pop

if they dont then you will have to make separate folders yourself and set up rules to move email in to its correct folder

edit: at a quick look they do have imap email , so i guess it depends on what package you have with them

Pretty sure you can create a separate pst for each account in 2003, which will give you an Inbox for each.

It isn't as easy as it is in 2010, but it's possible.

have set them up as imap for the time being. a couple of things to get used to (like having to purge messages marked for deletion!)

will see how it goes. otherwise, will do as Craig321 suggested and create a new pst for each account
