moving to plusnet - question

hi

if i move my line and broadband to plusnet. https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/

will i have to pay £125 connection fee if i decide go back to BT again in the future?

No. In this case, migration is free.

You need to get BT to give you a MAC code.

years ago i cancelled bt line rental when i moved to virgin media cable. i had to pay £125 connection fee when i went back to BT again. thought it might be same.

That was most likely because they shut down your line, and the charge was to reconnect you probably both at the cabinet and the exchange.

Because you're still using the same line, you shouldn't be charged a connection if you went back in the future.

they now get you into an 18 month contract and the connection is free, BT and plusnet are the same but plusnets CS is a far better.

The current BT details are 12 months, AFAIK.
