Moving toolbars is IE7

Is it possible to move the toolbars in IE7? I don't like the address bar being right at the top but it don't want to let me move it. I have unlocked the toolbars.

Is it possible to move it or am I stuck with it there?

I think you're stuck with it there unless you regedit the position.

Pretty ridiculous how you can't change the position of the bars... you need to IE 7 as they have put the links bar in a silly place and the 'File' bar in a silly place (when you press ALT).

I think its to get us used to the new style of working coming in office 2007.

I downloaded IE7 on thursday and i really dont like, and you right about the toolbars, the positioning of them is naff! no likey
