Hi,
I am just trying out SBS 2011 and am trying to figure out how to move user profile area (Docs/Pics/Desktop) to an area on the SBS server so the same docs / desktop is displayed regardless of the PC the user logs in to.
I have created the external domain, eg, external.com and set the internal domain home.local.
I have used the http://connect to connect a user (user 1) to the SBS server.
On the servers user page I see [email protected] and in the properties I set the redirect folders to ticked for docs and desktop.
I logoff the PC and reboot it then login again as user1.home but the docs folder is still pointed locally.
What am I missing. I am having problems finding on-line guides but will take a look in the local bookshop on the way home as well.
Thanks
RB
