Moving Virtual Centre MSDE db to remote SQL

Having installed Virtual Centre with the standard DB settings, it appears I need to move this to a remote SQL server.

Any tips on how to do this please ?

I wasn't doing the detatch part which mean't I got to the point of re-running VC and it wouldn't start - I think.
