Moving Vista Boot Manager Location

I have two drives C: and D:

Somehow I installed vista boot manager onto D: and boot loader and windows files onto C: :confused:

This is not good as sometimes I remove / replace disk D: and doing so now will give missing boot messages.

How can I move the boot manager onto the correct location of C: ?
