Moving windows 8.1 to new computer?

I bought a oem windows 8.1 pro disc and now I'm building new pc. I want to use this licences on other PC I'm using now Can I do this?

I read somewhere I would need to uninstall the wins 8.1 I have on my PC now otherwise it wont accept the wins 8.1 licences right???

Or would I need a new licence?

If I have a issue I can buy a new licence for £30. I'll try the swapping over SSD drive first and see what happens.
