£399 including a stick and desk mount, other than the reduction in power output (6Nm rather than 12Nm.) but with the inclusion of a couple of throttle sliders, buttons and a built in z-axis (not entirely sure it's built into the base and not just a function of the included stick actually as the description says stick but the one youtube I've seen on it says it's the base) it just seems like this is a bit of a slap in the face to AB9 buyers.

Edit: Adjusted the power numbers.

That's the sort of price I was expecting but I didn't expect the stick to be included in that. I might get that MHG for my AB9 though as I'm borrowing the one from a Thrustmaster HOTAS at the mo.

It looks usefully thinner than the AB9, which probably helps if you wish to centre mount it.
Awesome stuff.
It's significantly smaller, 188*123*163 as opposed to the AB9 which is 227.9*157*204.5, this video has them side by side at the 5:20 mark:

I like the look of that. Maybe the answer is to put the AB9 to the side for use with the F16, and use the AB6 centre mounted...

specs are good and people seem positive about it. It's a lot less powerful than the AB9 and with a more granular feel so AB9 owners need not feel bad.
I hope Moza do a less powerful forcefeedback yoke too

Well darn it, I caved... hopefully it'll be here on Thursday, I'll obviously report back with my impressions once I've had a chance to set it up and use it, will need to do some 3d printing to mount it on my janky setup so will likely be the weekend before I get to play properly.

Well it arrived yesterday and I've spent a lot of time getting it physically setup to a position where I'm fairly happy with it, I have a somewhat janky setup so it wasn't straightforward sadly. Initial impressions out of the box were okay, the entire package is heavy and a chunk of that is just the desk mount. The MHG stick is definitely on the cheaper side but still feels better quality than my x56, I really miss the pinky lever so I will be replacing the stick at some point in the future.

The base unit is pretty heavy as expected and feels pretty good, you can definitely feel it cogging when off though it is even throughout the range of movement but once it's on and in use you really don't feel it much at all, it is a night and day difference in precision over my x56, I'm no longer fighting the gimbal mechanism to make small corrections which is something that has been driving me nuts on the x56 though my x52pro was no where near as bad.

Once setup and the software installed it becomes clear that there is a bewildering array of configuration options and it's going to take time to learn how it all works and how to get the best out of it, initial impressions of the feedback while flying were somewhat low but having messed around a little I'm putting that down to configuration settings, there are pre-sets available in the software but at this time there are only 40 showing for the AB6 and they are all for DCS World modules, there are more for the AB9 which are apparently usable, again more time and experimenting needed!

I was also very surprised to see a configuration option for Elite Dangerous though in my limited time I've not managed to get it working yet as I've got re-profile all of my controls again lol - it lists FFB effects for various actions in the game which will be awesome if I can get it to work as I was expecting to act as a simple dumb stick in Elite.

If anybody has questions I'll attempt to answer as best I can :)
