mp3 cut and paste?

So I have two tracks, the end of the first track (about 5 seconds) is in the beggining of the second track, do you guys know of any good programs to cut the end off the 2nd mp3 and paste it to the 1st one?

if you have nero already, there is a program included called 'wave editor' which will do the job. failing that, audacity always gets good recommendations here.
