Just thinking this. There is, I think, a plugin that can autorun a file of your choice. So you'd have to set your BIOS to turn PC on at a certain time, set XP to auto login, use Task Scheduler to get Winamp to run (or just put a shortcut to Winamp in the Startup folder) and use the Alarm plugin for Winamp to get it to play a playlist or summat when its run. Plus remember to leave the speakers on.
