MP3 normalisation software - what do you use?

What do you all use? When I'm in my car I don't really want to be fiddling with the volume all the time, so I've started using MP3 Gain to alter the volume of the tracks. However I was wondering if people generally try and avoid this or if it's ok as long as it's a good program, and what good programs are there?

Foobar's Replaygain, as PC, Squeezebox and Iriver h140 supports it. I guess most Mp3 devices won't though.
If you really want to use gain (which is non reversable) try MP3gain

I'm already using MP3 Gain as per my original post

and it is reversible according to the help file. Thanks for the other suggestions though.
