MP3 organising software

Is there anything like an MP3 sorter or something to that effect which makes it easier to sift and edit MP3 details/tags?

Picard MusikBrainz for automated tagging.

I also use Media Monkey as my media player and whilst less automatic than PMB it gives me more control personally.
