What's a good mp3 player for the pc that doesn't take up too many resources. I've been using winamp but it's slow and sluggish and keeps crashing.

hi there, I'm using musikcube with addons etc... I think this is a great little program, I can use this while playin Css and no change in fps :) .

When winamp 3 came out I tried it and immediately went back to 2.93 iirc. To many overheads if u just want to listen to mp3's tbh. Get an old version of winamp.

Think I've got an old version somewhere so I'll give that a try and see what happens.

foobar2000 is fantastic. Give it a try, tricky to get used to but sooo many features to keep audiophiles entertained.

foobar, i would advise as well, it is very good and streamlines once you get everything set up as you like it

I had a look at Foobar before and it looked quite difficult to set up and get customised to how you want it. Think I'll give it a go though, nothing to lose :)
