MP3 player with the best battery life

Well due to a new job in which im allowed to listen to music all day plus a total 4hrs commuting per day I need an improvement on my zen micro which only lasts about 4hrs total

My mate has said her ipod lasts about 70hrs, not sure if I believe that; and I have a thing against apple so any non-pod suggestions would be appreciated

well I thought my zen micro was meant to be decent but it lasts nowhere near a day...even when the battery was new it only lasted about 5.5hrs

mine lasts atleast 2 days with constant use, at minimum the player is on for 6-7 hours a day with the vol at 20
